Helping you make informed decisions

Our business is built on trust and integrity, and our ultimate goal is to provide our clients with the information necessary to make an educated decision about buying or selling a home. Choosing the right home inspector can save new homeowners thousands of dollars in repair costs, give you an in-depth understanding of your home, or help you decide whether you should close the deal or walk away. With Lake Dog Home Inspection, you are getting a Certified Professional Inspector who understands the commitment you are about to make. If you’re considering selling your home, our services can help you prepare to put your home on the market. Even when sellers choose not to make recommended repairs, pre-inspected homes typically sell for higher prices and allow the seller to accept a contract without worrying that the deal will fall apart once the home is inspected.

Testimonials

As a first-time homebuyer, my husband and I were a little nervous about the inspection process, but Chad made everything so easy to understand. He was incredibly patient, detailed, and took the time to explain every finding in a way that made sense. His report was clear, thorough, and even included helpful tips for future maintenance. You can tell he truly cares about his clients. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend Chad to anyone, especially first-time buyers!

We were very impressed with the responsiveness, diligence, and detail provided by Chad. His information and report provides great comfort that we are purchasing a home with things working the way they should. In particular, he noted two leaks that others had not identified so they could be repaired. He also was a pleasure to deal with and very informative and honestly advised when we did not need certain potential inspection items given the home. We have purchased several homes and dealt with different inspectors, and Chad is far and away the best. We would highly recommend.

Chad was very professional and Thorough. We needed the inspection done within a week and he went on a weekend to accommodate us. We live out of state and we were relying on Chad to be our eyes. The report was very professional , stating what needed a professional or handyman also provided many pictures and explanations. We were able to use the report to make a better offer on the home. I highly recommend lake dog home inspection. Thanks again Chad for everything!

Chad was Awesome! He was very easy to communicate and work with. He was able to go to the home timely and showed up when he said he would. He was used a drone and moisture sensor and lots of other equipment to get detailed information for his report. The report came back very quickly with lots and lots of photos and details. Chad discussed any questions I had but honestly the report was so comprehensive that there were very few questions. I highly recommend him for any home inspection needs!

WOW! This was the best experience i’ve had with a company while going through the home buying process! We are required to have an inspection done on the house that we are purchasing and Chad did a fantastic job! I felt really comfortable and well taken care through the entire process! He did a great job letting my realtor and i know everything that there is to know about the house (good or bad) and make this a super easy and quick process! i couldn’t recommend this company more! Thank you Chad!
